In response to popular demand and for those who prefer to have a paper copy, the advice and guidance on this web site is also available for you to keep and use in a printed format. You can choose from two options.

Downloadable Version

For those who prefer to immediate access to an electronic copy, all the guidance on this site is available in an Adobe Acrobat format. The information and layout have been designed to reflect the site structure, and is presented in an attractive printable format. Blank forms are provided for you to copy, and space has been left for you to add your own notes and records. For fast navigation to key topics in the folder use the bookmark tab. Blank pages have been inserted intentionally to enable double sided printing.

Should you wish to record and store your records electronically, MS Word versions of the various plans and records are available.

Printed Folders

Alternatively, you can access a ready printed and bound copy of PD-How2, with all the information expertly laid out to reflect the site and presented in an attractive ring-binder. Blank forms are provided for you to copy, and space has been left for you to add your own notes and records.

These folders are available to purchase at a price of £25.00, which includes VAT, postage and packing in the UK. The cost of overseas postage should be added at £2.00 (Europe) and £5.00 (Rest of World). For purchases of 10 or more copies at any one time the price is £23.00 per copy.
